MochiKey is a tactile keyboard app. We try to keep data collection minimal, but the app uses third-party services for analytics and subscription management.

What We Collect

• App activity and interaction events, such as onboarding steps, paywall interactions, and feature usage.
• Identifiers used to keep analytics and subscription state working, including an app-specific user ID.
• Purchase and subscription information needed to manage Pro access.

What We Do Not Collect

• We do not collect what you type. The keyboard does not transmit your keystrokes to our servers.
• Photos you set as keyboard backgrounds stay on your device and are never uploaded to our servers.

How We Use Data

• Operate the app and unlock Pro features.
• Measure basic usage and improve the product.
• Detect and debug issues.

Third-Party Services

• Firebase Analytics for app analytics.
• RevenueCat for purchase and entitlement management.
• Apple In-App Purchase infrastructure for transactions.

Tracking

We do not use data to track you across other apps or websites for advertising purposes.

Data Retention and Your Rights

Analytics and subscription records are retained as long as needed to operate the service. You can request deletion of data associated with your app-specific ID by contacting us.

もちキー（MochiKey）は触感を楽しむキーボードアプリです。データ収集は最小限にとどめていますが、分析とサブスクリプション管理のためにサードパーティサービスを利用しています。

収集する情報

• アプリの利用状況（オンボーディングの進行、ペイウォールの操作、機能の利用など）
• 分析とサブスクリプション状態の管理に必要な識別子（アプリ固有のユーザーIDを含む）
• Proの利用権管理に必要な購入・サブスクリプション情報

収集しない情報

• 入力内容は収集しません。キーボードの入力内容が当方のサーバーに送信されることはありません。
• キーボード背景に設定した写真はデバイス内に保存され、当方のサーバーにアップロードされることはありません。

利用目的

• アプリの運営とPro機能の提供
• 基本的な利用状況の計測とプロダクト改善
• 不具合の検出とデバッグ

トラッキングについて

広告目的で他社のアプリやウェブサイトを横断してお客様を追跡するためにデータを使用することはありません。

データの保持とお客様の権利

分析データおよびサブスクリプション記録は、サービス運営に必要な期間保持します。アプリ固有IDに紐づくデータの削除をご希望の場合は、お問い合わせください。
